Business analyst Experience
1 to 2 Yrs Required Skills: - Business Analyst is to understand the client requirement, business logic, and Product Testing & Projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients’ business and tech teams to understand, analyze, and prioritize functional business requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals and recommendations to key stakeholders by analyzing project scope and requirements.
- Gather requirements, define scope, and develop solution plans.
- Write scope proposals, business requirement documents, and software requirement documents as per client needs.
- Maintain and deliver all business and technical documents in alignment with client requirements.
- Manage project budgets by supervising estimated effort versus actual effort.
- Shadow consulting directors or delivery leads during effort estimation.
- Enhance team competencies through cross-training, technical skill development, and adherence to change management processes.
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong logical comprehension, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Passion for client engagement and delivering quality business outcomes.
- Ability to act as a liaison between clients and developers, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
- Competence in creating detailed documentation for development teams based on client interactions.
- Proficiency in identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities.
Client Relationship Management & Consulting:
- Collaborates with the client’s business, and tech team to understand, analyse, and prioritise the functional business requirements.

Solution Design & Delivery Management:
- Works closely with clients to gather requirements, define scope and arrive at the solution plan.

- Accountable for the maintenance and delivery of all business and technical documents as per the client's needs.
Team Management:
- Shadows consulting directors or delivery leads when arriving at effort estimation. Manages project budget by supervising the estimated effort vs actual effort.
- Involves in developing technical skills and application knowledge within the team to enhance core competencies/execute cross training/implement succession plan and ensure adherence to change management process
