Job Responsibilities
- Send quotes for web development projects and oversee them through completion by coordinating with clients and the internal team.
- Take charge of collecting payments and ensuring timely transactions.
- Identify potential business opportunities, prospects, and leads.
- Suggest innovative sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Pitch services effectively to new clients.
- Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies, from crafting sales emails to proposal writing and reporting.
- Conduct technical assessments to align with client needs.
- Develop strategic plans to optimize productivity and ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain quality control processes and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong logical comprehension, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Passion for client engagement and delivering quality business outcomes.
- Ability to act as a liaison between clients and developers, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
- Competence in creating detailed documentation for development teams based on client interactions.
- Proficiency in identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities.
