Job Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels like social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI.
Content Creation & Management:
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging digital assets, including blogs, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
SEO & SEM Optimization:
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance for better user experience and conversion rates.
Email Marketing & Automation:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and automated workflows.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and other KPIs for continuous improvement.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in industries like eCommerce or SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and A/B testing methodologies.
